If unable to deliver to specified address of buyer, buyer is responsible for retrieval at Postal Office.

Users are restricted from registering multiple orders with the same billing details without first notifying Buff Woofer of that intent. Otherwise, we shall have the right to automatically flag such orders as fraudulent or abusive, and Buff Woofer may, without notification to the client , suspend the service of such client account or any other account used by such individual. We also reserve the right to terminate an user’s account if it is targeted by malicious activity from other parties.

You agree that you shall be responsible to resolve any disputes with your Card company, (e.g. in regards to failure of transaction, etc…) on your own.

You agree that you will not take any action that affects Buff Woofer’s reputation or that defames, abuses, harasses or threatens others.

You agree that you shall be civil and respectful while communicating with any of our customer care representative or other employees, and that you shall wait patiently for them to respond without continuously sending messages in either email, comments or any other form of communication, furthermore you agree that you shall not send or post links to third party sites, you will not promote any site, product or service not related to Buff Woofer and you will not ask for money or services from any user be them customers or employees within this website or any other form of communication obtained from it.
