Refunds & Return Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are Processed. If your order has been paid and you need to change it or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the Processing has been completed or the Shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

*Processing period (3-8 days) may vary, it might take less time or it might take the full 8 days, depending on day of order, holidays or events outside of our control.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

• You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 3-8 day processing)
• You receive the wrong item
• You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

• Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
• Your order arrives at Postal Office, but is unable to deliver to your location.
• You refuse to pick up your order from Postal Office.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour is found.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the user is in violation of our Terms and Conditions.

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

*If you require a refund and you are within our Terms & Conditions and our Refunds & Return Policy, contact us first, don’t open a Dispute with your bank, if you contact us first, the Refund process takes less than a day (in case of order cancellation or no item received) or until we confirm a Return of the product (By tracking number).
